Luštica Bay is being developed as a comprehensive seaside destination featuring apartments, villas, yacht marinas, hotels, and extensive recreational infrastructure. Plans also include commercial spaces, sports facilities, and a golf course, creating a cohesive concept for a modern community on the Adriatic.
The project is being carried out by Luštica Development, a subsidiary of the international Orascom Development Group, in cooperation with the Montenegrin government. The investment aims to create a year-round place to live and relax, attracting both residents and investors from around the world.
