What is Kraków Real Estate Weekend?

These are three real estate events taking place at the same venue and at the same time:

  • Targi Mieszkań i Domów – apartments, houses and services related to purchasing real estate,
  • Targi Domów Gotowych – technologies and companies specialising in house construction,
  • Investment Real Estate Exhibition – investment properties, including offers from abroad.

This means that during a single visit you can compare a much wider range of real estate purchasing opportunities.

Who is the Investment Real Estate Exhibition for?

For people who are looking for an apartment or house, planning to purchase real estate in the near future or want to explore the available options before making a decision.

It is also worth visiting the exhibition if you are still determining your budget, preferred location or method of financing the purchase.

What will I find at the exhibition?

In one place, you will be able to compare offers from developers, real estate agents, house-building companies and providers of services related to purchasing and financing real estate.

It is an opportunity to speak directly with company representatives, ask specific questions and compare several different options.

Will I find offers for apartments in Kraków and the surrounding area?

Yes. The exhibition brings together a wide range of residential property offers from Kraków and the surrounding towns.

It is worth preparing a list of locations that interest you in advance so that you can compare exhibitors’ offers more easily at the event.

What if I am looking for a house instead of an apartment?

It is also worth visiting Targi Domów Gotowych, which takes place at the same time. This part of the event is aimed at people considering purchasing a plot and building their own house, as well as those who want to compare technologies and solutions available on the market.

Will there be properties from abroad at the exhibition?

Yes. As part of the Investment Real Estate Exhibition, companies specialising in investment properties, including properties located outside Poland, will present their offers.

This is an option both for people looking for a second home abroad and for those interested in purchasing property for investment purposes.

Can I find special offers and promotions at the exhibition?

Yes. Some exhibitors prepare special conditions available during the exhibition. These may include discounts, additional benefits or other advantages related to purchasing real estate.

It is worth asking about current offers directly at the stands.

Can I discuss a mortgage at the exhibition?

Yes. Specialists in real estate purchase financing will also be available at the event.

You can ask, among other things, about your creditworthiness, the required down payment, financing options for a specific purchase and how to prepare for a meeting with a bank.

Are there presentations during the exhibition?

Yes. The event programme includes meetings and presentations led by experts in real estate, finance and construction.

It is a good way to gain practical knowledge before making a purchase decision and check issues that are difficult to assess based on an online listing alone.

Can I receive individual advice?

Yes. During the event, you can speak directly with specialists and consult them on issues related to purchasing, financing and choosing real estate.

Can I attend the exhibition with a child?

Yes. The exhibition is an event that can be visited by the whole family. A Children’s Zone is available for the youngest visitors.

How much does admission to the exhibition cost?

Admission to all three events held as part of Kraków Real Estate Weekend is free of charge.

How much time should I allow for my visit?

If you only want to check a few specific offers, it is worth allowing around 2–3 hours.

If you want to compare apartments, discuss financing, see the range of ready-built houses and also visit INRE, it is a good idea to set aside a larger part of the day.

How do I get to EXPO Kraków?

EXPO Kraków is located at 9 Galicyjska Street.

The venue can be reached by public transport. Nearby bus stops include Galicyjska, Centralna and Sołtysowska. You can also use trams stopping near Rondo 308. Dywizjonu.

Is there parking at EXPO Kraków?

Yes. EXPO Kraków has a paid car park with over 700 spaces. The car park is fenced, monitored and illuminated.

There are also designated spaces for people with disabilities and families with children near the main entrance.

The number of spaces is limited, so it is worth arriving earlier when traffic is heavier.

Is EXPO Kraków accessible to people with disabilities?

Yes. The venue is adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. Dedicated parking spaces are also available near the entrance.

Why is it worth visiting the exhibition instead of only searching for offers online?

Because in a single day you can compare many offers, speak directly with their representatives and ask questions that are often not answered in an online listing.

In Kraków, an additional advantage is the opportunity to explore not only apartments in one place, but also ready-built houses and investment properties.
