From the first conversation to receiving the keys abroad

Working with a foreign developer begins with questions about the project’s reliability, the timeline, the standard of finish, payment methods, assistance with paperwork, and post-purchase support. During the INRE Fair, you’ll have the opportunity to talk with exhibitors and see what this process looks like in practice.

Buying real estate abroad is increasingly on the radar of people looking for a second home, a safe place to invest their capital, or a rental investment. However, such a decision requires different preparation than buying an apartment on the local market.

Working with a foreign developer involves more than just choosing an apartment, house, or investment property. It also means reviewing reservation terms, payment schedules, finishing standards, documentation, local procedures, potential additional costs, and how the property will be managed after purchase.

Clear information and the opportunity to ask specific questions are particularly important for buyers. What does the contract signing process look like? Who assists with the paperwork? Can you count on support with financing, finishing, renting, or managing the property? What are the owner’s responsibilities in a given country?

During the INRE, visitors will have the opportunity to speak with exhibitors presenting offers from various international markets. This is a chance to compare investment opportunities, gain a better understanding of the purchasing process, and determine which solutions best align with your own plans.
