INRE 2025: Knowledge, trends and inspiration in the Investment Zone
During the INRE Real Estate Investment Fair, participants will have the opportunity to take part in the unique Investment Zone program, which combines expert knowledge with practical market examples from around the world. It will be a meeting with the latest trends, proven strategies and investment perspectives – from Poland, through Spain and Dubai, all the way to the Dominican Republic, Brazil and Albania.
The Investment Zone at the INRE Investment Real Estate Exchibition is a space where visitors can explore a wide spectrum of topics related to real estate investment – from analyses of the domestic residential market, through successful hotel projects, to perspectives emerging in exotic destinations. The program has been designed to merge the practical experience of industry leaders with forecasts concerning international markets, making it a valuable source of knowledge for both new investors and those who have been active in the sector for years.
What can you expect on the first day?
Saturday will begin with a reflection on whether buying an apartment for investment purposes can still be considered a safe and profitable capital allocation. The discussion will guide participants through the key aspects to consider when making a purchase decision – from location and growth potential to changing economic conditions. Next, Arche Group will present a case study demonstrating how the adaptation of historic buildings into hotels not only generates investment value but also supports the development of the MICE market in Poland.
Subsequent sessions will take the audience to Southern Europe and the Persian Gulf. Experts from Medland Spain and Micasamo will talk about the potential of the Spanish coast, focusing on the holiday rental and income property markets. The theme of luxury investments will be further developed in a presentation on the Dubai property market, which has become one of the world’s most dynamic investment hubs in recent years. There will also be a spotlight on the Dominican Republic – a country that, thanks to stable economic conditions and growing tourist demand, is becoming an increasingly attractive location for investors. Rounding off Saturday’s program will be the innovative subject of normobaric technology – a concept that could redefine housing and open entirely new development pathways in the real estate sector.
What awaits visitors on Sunday?
The Sunday program will continue the theme of heritage property conversions by Arche Group, and then broaden participants’ horizons to less obvious yet promising markets. Experts will present Oman as a destination opening up to foreign capital, as well as Brazil – a market gaining momentum thanks to rising interest in leisure real estate. Montenegro, with the Luštica Bay project, will be showcased as an example of long-term urban and business vision, combining landscape assets with tourism potential. The program will conclude with an analysis of the Albanian market, which in the coming years may become one of the most dynamically developing investment destinations in Southeastern Europe.
