INRE Takes a Closer Look at Outdoor Space Investments
Apartments with a garden or a large terrace are increasingly appearing in investors’ portfolios, but do they actually improve rental profitability?
Until recently, balconies, terraces, and private gardens were viewed as features that enhanced a property’s appeal, but they were rarely analyzed in terms of their actual return on investment. Today, the situation is clearly changing.
Changing tenant habits, the growing importance of quality living space, and the need for access to a private outdoor area mean that properties with a garden or large terrace are increasingly attracting greater market interest.
During the INRE, participants will examine this segment from a purely business perspective, without marketing simplifications.
Additional outdoor space does not always automatically mean higher profitability. In some projects, it is a real investment asset; in others, merely an element that increases the purchase cost.
That is why, during INRE, the focus will be on data analysis, tenant behavior, and investors’ practical experiences - in order to answer the question of when an apartment with a garden or terrace actually contributes to the investment’s return.
