Destinations of the autumn edition of INRE

Share

The autumn edition of the INRE Real Estate Investment Fair will open up a wide spectrum of opportunities for investors – from stable European markets to exotic destinations beyond the continent. Poland, Spain, Oman, the Dominican Republic, and Thailand are just some of the locations that exhibitors will showcase, reflecting the diversity and global nature of today’s real estate investments.

The autumn edition of INRE in Kraków promises exceptional diversity in terms of destinations presented by exhibitors. Participants will discover not only the latest investment opportunities in Poland but also an extensive portfolio of international markets – from Europe, through the Middle East, to exotic corners of the world.

Europe within reach

Among the European destinations, Spain stands out – consistently popular thanks to investments on the Costa Blanca and Costa Cálida, where the sun shines all year round and the holiday property market offers attractive returns. Croatia and Albania are other rising stars, attracting investors with both their tourist appeal and significant growth potential. Also on the list are Bulgaria, Cyprus, and Italy – markets that have long been trusted by investors seeking proven and stable projects.

Or perhaps further afield?

Non-European markets will also be strongly represented. Oman and the United Arab Emirates will showcase premium luxury investments – villas and apartments overlooking the bay or desert landscapes, ideal for investors seeking exceptional locations. The Dominican Republic and Brazil will highlight opportunities in countries where tourism is booming and holiday properties deliver attractive rental yields. Meanwhile, Thailand and Cambodia represent exotic, emerging markets that are becoming increasingly accessible to bold investors ready to explore new horizons.

Why visit INRE in Kraków?

This year’s edition of INRE is not only about discovering diverse investment destinations but also about comparing their potential and learning which strategies work best across different regions of the world. From stable, well-recognized European markets, through the dynamic Middle East and Balkans, to exotic destinations in Asia and Latin America – the exhibitors’ offer will allow participants to see real estate as a truly global, flexible, and diversified investment path.

On October 4–5 at EXPO Kraków, investors will have the opportunity to meet representatives from more than 10 countries and choose the destination that best suits their needs and investment strategies.
