Arche Group – heritage revitalization, hotels, and investments at INRE

Share

At the autumn edition of the INRE Real Estate Investment Fair in Kraków, Arche Group will present its offer – a leader in the development and hospitality industry, active on the market since 1991.

For more than 30 years, the company has combined investment activities with the mission of saving historic sites and creating places that inspire, bring communities together, and impress with their new quality.

Arche not only saves historic buildings – castles, palaces, and old factories – but also brings them back to life in a modern form, protecting them from degradation and demolition. Among the group’s collection are such landmarks as Janów Podlaski Castle, Łochów Palace and Estate, Żnin Sugar Factory, and Uphagen Manor in Gdańsk. In 2024, two more exceptional hotels were opened: Arche Nałęczów and Arche Monastery Wrocław. Today, the group’s portfolio includes 21 hotels and hundreds of revitalized properties across Poland.

The group is also active in the residential market. Since its first investment – the Queen Marysieńka Estate in Warsaw – it has delivered over 10,000 apartments and houses. Current projects are underway in Ożarów Mazowiecki, Warsaw’s Wawer district, Wrocław, and Łódź.

Arche’s activity also has a strong social dimension. Through the Lena Grochowska Foundation, it supports the employment of people with intellectual disabilities, while the Arche Community Association engages inmates in artistic and craft projects, helping their development and reintegration.

By combining experience, innovation, and social responsibility, Arche Group has become a synonym of quality and a modern approach to investment.

Meet Arche Group at booth B2 during the INRE Fair in Kraków, October 4–5 at EXPO Kraków, and discover unique projects that combine history with modernity.
