Nowy Adres sp. z o.o. is a provider of professional tools for the real estate market and related areas. The company's flagship products include the series of industry conferences FRN Polish Real Estate Forum and PRES Polish Real Estate Summit, as well as the series of Flats and Houses Fairs, which have been organised in Poland's largest cities: Warsaw, Poznań, Wrocław, Kraków, Gdańsk, and will be held in Katowice next year. In 2023, we launched new projects: LABS EXPO Laboratory Equipment and Technology Fair, Accessibility Forum and Smart Expo – the Fair of intelligent home and garden solutions.

We have our own brand, New Stand, which since 2010 has provided comprehensive services for customised trade fair stands, from the creation of the initial design, through supervision over stand preparation to the final execution of the order. Our projects can be found all over Poland and at the most important events in Europe!

Since 2015, Nowy Adres has been a supporting member of the Polish Association of Developers, with which it has jointly carried out many interesting projects and initiatives.

Since January 2018, we have been a member of the MTP Group – the largest organiser of fairs, conferences and events in Central and Eastern Europe.

Holiday properties and so-called second homes – a segment that has been stable for years, well recognised by investors and operators, and now developing thanks to new projects both in Poland and abroad.

In response to these needs, we have created an event that brings together a full range of investment properties in one place. It is an offer for people with spare funds who want to invest them in a safe yet attractive way – in exclusive residential and holiday projects around the world.

The INRE is dedicated to a broad presentation of various types of real estate: condo hotels and aparthotels, year-round cottages, micro-apartments and investment land.

To date, six editions of the event have been held, attracting over 300 exhibitors and thousands of visitors – people looking for attractive investment opportunities.

The investment section of the fair is a separate zone, thanks to which visitors can take a unique trip around the world. The most numerous are destinations that are already particularly popular among Polish investors, such as Spain and Cyprus, but there are also more exotic destinations, including the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Zanzibar, Montenegro, Albania and Turkey. Of course, there are also offers from Poland.
